Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges - In case of a faulty product, please send the product back within 7 days via KGB postal (C.O.D) to get the exchange free of charge. If the reason was a change of mind, please include the delivery fee within the parcel send it to the accurate destination..

Refund - - In case of a faulty product, please send the product back within 7 days via KGB postal (C.O.D). We will refund your product by credit card or wire transfer. If the reason was a change of mind, please include the delivery fee within the parcel and send it to the accurate destination.

After Service - Please include the postal fee within in the package and send it prepaid for a smooth service.
Free After Service - within 30 days of delivery / After this period the repaird will incur a fee or be free of charge depending on the damage.

Delivery Information

Domestic - The delivery will take 2~4 days (counting only business days) after the purchase. However, mountainous regions or islands such as Jeju can take an extra one or two days. Depending on the season, the delivery may be delayed upto 7 days (Lunar New Year's, Chuseok, etc)

Overseas - Delivery overseas will take about 1~2 weeks, depending on customs and the air postal service. All deliverys abroad will be C.O.D and is sent via EMS.
